Dr. Belizario

A caricature of one of my mentors - Dr. Belizario is a renowned Parasitologist here in the Philippines and has actively promoted the war on neglected parasitoses among Filipinos, especially the poor, who are most affected by this insiduous group of disease-causing agents.

I gave this to him as a token during his professorial lecture at our campus last September 12, 2007.

Thanks for inspiring us to become involved physicians.
